I wanted to try this because I didn’t want to take hormones. I tried it for about 3 months and I’m fairly certain it doesn’t work. I refuse to use hormones or synthetics so I’m going to try something different. My advice to all the women on here that need something for their symptoms is not to bother with Menopol. It just isn’t any good.

I’ve taken synthetic products to help with my symptoms but really wanted a natural support supplement. I thought I had found it and it seemed to be working but now I’m not so sure. My hot flashes have returned and I still have trouble sleeping at night. I don’t feel invigorated at all.

I felt some difference so I can say it helped a little but. Still, for what it claims to do it did not meet my expectations. You’re better off looking for something else.

I thought this worked really well. I don’t know why it’s ranked third and received such low votes but it worked well for me.
