Natural Remedies for Allergies
One of the most common allergies is hay fever and affects people during the pollen season. What happens is that the immune system can not recognize these agents harmless as pollen and dust and reacts in a way exaggerated producing antibodies. When these antibodies are stimulated by pollen, nose begins to produce histamine, a chemical that results in itching, sneezing, burning and irritation of eyes and nasal flow.
That is why the most common treatment is to use pills with antihistamines. Antihistamines natural:
Ginkgo - a Chinese tree that contains substances that having an effect anti allergy. Do not take more than 240mg a day.
Alfalfa - This plant is a good remedy for allergies. It relieves the burning of the eyes and nose stream.
Tea basil - Put an ounce of dried leaves of basil in a container of a quart and fills it with boiling water. Close the container tightly and let it cool. Use the solution to wet the hives and other rashes.
Ortigas - is an antihistamine that works quickly. The best way is to be used in capsules you can take 500mg three times a day.
The quail egg - It is advisable to eat them for breakfast.
Juice to remove the mucus: 1 cup water, 1 Dash of lemon juice 1 jet radish, 4 tablespoons vinegar. Stir everything and takes 4 times a day for five days.
The omega-3 fatty acids are also useful to combat allergies.
To relieve the swelling of the eyes compresses applied cold water, slices of cucumber or potato raw.
Capture pollen before it enters into the nose by applying a little Vaseline into the nose when you go out. Make your own saline putting half teaspoon of salt in 250ml lukewarm water. If you are allergic to animals, then prevent your pet between his fourth and once a week.
To claim the house without dust dirty air, sprinkle a few tea leaves wet on the carpet and wait for them to dry. Vacuum as usual.
If you are pregnant should be very careful when taking any medicine or herbs as many of them could be harmful to the baby.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food always look good in the ingredients of any remedy.
For example, if you are allergic to peanuts, peanut oil used to soften the skin, it could cause any reaction.
