Quick Weight Loss

I get many queries (both in comments at the entrances and by email) to people who want councils to lose weight fast.

We are used to obtain what we want from almost immediately (if I am hungry, as… if I want information, get on TV…). The culture of “what I want NOW” is very common nowadays and that is why a person, who makes diet, wants to achieve results within a short time frame.

Quick Weight Loss is not possible. It is true that some time post my challenge to lose 5 kilos in a week, but that challenge can be explained. I am a person with a substantial overweight, and by depriving them of carbohydrates, plenty of fluids are removed and a lot of crap during the first few days, so is something normal.

But what is not normal is that a person, who is on a few pounds, wants to lose weight quickly. The body needs time to adapt to a diet to lose weight and to begin to burn fat efficiently.

A sensible person knows that, to lose weight quickly, the only thing we are doing things wrong. The body will suffer, we are weak, spend a lot of hunger… ultimately, we will be doing with this crap to lose weight and, ultimately, we will invoice.

So, what I called him “lose weight fast“?

Undoubtedly, for me to lose weight is to lose weight quickly but steadily. Each semantic may fall 1 kilogram, 700 grams… a normal thing.

Now, try to lose 2 kilos per week or more as they have not…

In addition, it goes without saying that doctors and nutritionists are in agreement on this and that, if they say, something will.

my answer to this question: NOT lose weight fast, weight loss steadfastly YES!

Let me add one thing: 1000 times prefer “suffer” to lose weight to give it everything I made. I think that people who manage to reach our weight little by little we are fortunate because we have within us an experience that people who had not been overweight may have never ever, so we are stronger psychologically speaking.
