Tips to Quit Smoking
· Start the day doing breathing exercise, in a well-ventilated area.
· Avoid thinking that is not going to smoke ever. Simply decide that today is not going to smoke.
· The desire to smoke is not eternal, on the contrary, disappear in a short time.

· During the day drink much water and fruit juices, preferably natural.
