I Am Running Out of Hair
Why is the hair falls?
The hair falls steadily. Some doctors believe that under normal conditions until we lose 100 hairs a day. But this is a cycle; while some others are emerging so do not note the difference. When we lose more hair than this out is when we notice.
There may be many reasons for the loss or abnormal hair loss:
Health Problems: The general state of our health affects hair. If you have certain illnesses suffered recently, surgery, childbirth or other health problems that may cause loss of hair. In these cases the hair is returning to normal in a few months.
Hormones: In times of hormonal changes as menopause lose hair. This is due to low levels of estrogen and high levels of testosterone (male hormone) in our bodies.
Age: It is estimated that after 40 we have only half of the follicles that we had at birth.
Inheritance: Many women suffer from forms of baldness as men and that is genetic.
Stress: Stress creates excessive hormonal disorders, and this may cause loss of hair
Problems with the thyroid: If there are gaps in the thyroid a negative consequence is the loss of hair. When levels are normalized loss stops and returns to the original state.
Food poor: If there are deficiencies of nutrients in the body may have lost hair. This solves eating well and taking a multivitamin. Especially the B complex and specifically biotin (biotin). Hair Read Nutrition and

Some contraceptives can cause loss of hair. In these cases have to be changed pills.
