Tips for Skin Care Allergic



The vast majority of people with allergic skin is very dry skin, especially in certain areas of the body, in addition to being highly sensitive to a variety of external stimuli physical or allergic (internal or external). For this reason it is necessary to create the habit of caring skin forever. Following are some tips to help you care. The thoroughness of these measures must be adapted to the severity and frequency of their discomfort of the skin and if you have injuries or not active at a given time.

AVOID THE SKIN DAMAGE:

1) Avoid excess moisture: Use baths short, the least common to permit its activities (in children every 2-5 days), using the water cooler as possible.
Avoid prolonged bathing pools, tubs or sea, unless either lubricates your skin beforehand.
Towels should not waste detergent or fabric softeners.

2) Avoid excessive sweating: Not too warm in times of cold or heat. Use the lightest clothing possible. It is preferable to bathe with cold water.

Avoid irritants of the skin: To use the toilet soaps less alkaline it can get (“neutral”), and preferably without perfumes. In case of active lesions (dermatitis), not the waist, much less with soap, rinse with water. There substitution soap or lotions that can replace the soap in those periods. Ask your doctor what is best for your type of problem.
Do not use biological detergents to wash clothes, preferably use toilet soap (any) soap or detergent in tablet, either directly or cast for its washing machine, with water as hot as possible. Avoid using fabric softeners, if used will require at least 3 rinse cycles.

Try to use the clothes softer to the touch and light as possible, to absorb and evaporate sweat easily, such as cotton, avoiding possible rough clothes or derivatives plastics such as nylon, Lycra, acylán, or the wool. If you use this type of clothing, use cotton clothing indoors to avoid irritation.
